This is one of those wonderful days when Anne, Rajesh, adn his wife, Suewashu,
and myself took the day off rented a car and drove the 100km from Savusavu to
Labasa. This was a multi-purpose day... to show Anne more if the wonders
of the idland... for Anne to see Labasa's shops... and to visit Suewashu's
sister and her family. Of course you can't just visit a family memeber fo
friends family without eating! Food is a big thing in Fiji, whenever you
meet someone, even on the street, and you end up chatting for more than a few
minutes you end up getting asked over for a meal.
