The troop leader rarely dances, but is responsible for the dancers and musicians cloths, music, choreography, and all those little details the drive you nuts. He or She, usually a man, will always be the best and most elaborately dressed.

Sorry for the backs but the cruisers got ring side seats... on the back side. I suppose since the people in the restaurant (on the opposite side) were paying more for there food and drinks than we could drink alone, it only makes sense. The show itself was free.
We were never asked for money at any of the shows we visited in the South Pacific.
